The American Library Association recently released nominations for the 2009 Best Books for Young Adults. The list includes titles that will appeal to all kinds of readers--the romantic, the futurist, the realist, and the dreamer. First up on my list? The Fortunes of Indigo Skye by Deb Caletti. It's about an 18-year-old waitress who receives a $ 2.5 million tip from a customer. Check out the book list here.
