You can now view the 2004 SAT data for New Mexico (by school and by district) at the Public Education Department website. One interesting fact to note is that only about 2700 New Mexico high school students take the SAT (out of about 18,000 high school graduates). For all the attention the SAT gets in the national press, the ACT is still the most widely used college admissions test in this part of the country.
